Alan Turing

Alan Mathison Turing was born in a nursing home in Paddington London on June 23rd and was a British mathematician, logician, cryptanalyst and computer scientist. He worked for Government code and Cypher School (GC&CS). Alan Turing is mainly known for Designing and was among the first designs for s stored-program computer. Then his work led to the Turing Machine that then became the basis of modern computing.

He was known as the founder of computer science, the originator of dominant technology in the late 20th century. He went to Cambridge University and Princeton University for Ph.D. Logic, algebra, number theory. His father Julius entered the Indian Civil service, serving in Madras presidency. The main connection to his last name (Turing) was related back to his brother with fly fishing that didn't have and relativity to Alan's work. Alan's story was not related back to any of his family relativities or traditions through there generation.

Alan and his brother John were foster kids and went from house to house in english homes that had no originality, expression, or discovery at all. science, math, and technology was Alan's "extra-curricular passion" that he just enjoyed doing on his own free time.

In 1952 when such acts with homosexuality was illegal. So Alan accepted the treatment of female hormone medication as an altercation to prison. This lead to his suicide in 1954, 16 days before his 42nd birthday, from cyanide poisoning. His mother and family just believed that it could have been an accidental death.

In May of 2012, a private member's bill was sent to the House Of Lords to grant Turing a statuary pardon. In July of 2013 it finally gained government support. But instead of calling for the second reading of the bill through the House of Commons, the government opted for a posthumous pardon under the Royal Prerogative of Mercy, which was signed on December 24th, 2013 with immediate effect.
